Chapter 8: Third-Party Devices
Flexible measurement expansion is possible through the Rad-97 Bluetooth connection.
Rad-97 can display parameters and measurements captured by third-party technologies in an
all-in-one view on Rad-97.
When a third-party device is connected, Rad-97 automatically creates a window that displays
all the data from that device on the Main Screen.
Connect Device to Rad-97
To connect a third-party device to Rad-97 using Bluetooth, perform the following:
1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on Rad-97. See Bluetooth on page 92.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the third-party device; refer to the third-party
device's Operator's Manual if needed.
3. Rad-97 will automatically connect to the device.
4. The third-party device can now be used with Rad-97. Refer to the third-party
device's Operator's Manual for proper operation.
