Transfer via DTMF
Call transfer is implemented via DTMF on some traditional servers. The IP phone sends specified DTMF digits to
the server for transferring calls to third parties.
Procedure
Configuration changes can be performed using the configuration files or locally.
To configure transfer via DTMF via web user interface:
• Click on Features->General Information.
• Select the desired value from the DTMF Replace Tran list.
