Whether the phone sends SUBSCRIBE messages for MWI service to the account or to the voice mail
number depends on the server.
Procedure
Configuration changes can be performed using the configuration files or locally.
To configure subscribe for MWI via web user interface:
• Click on Account->Advanced.
• Select Enabled from the Subscribe for MWI list.
