A2. INTRODUCTION
This appendix belongs to B4 VS version and it will find information about the
installation, use and maintenance of the hot-melt adhesive melter B4 VS WITH
AIR-TIGHT LID to get more information see chapter ‘2. Introduction’ in this
manual.
This hot-melt equipment is designed to hot-melt adhesive fusion and pumping
at temperature up to 200ºC. To use higher working temperatures ask for
Meler technical department.
Main components
1. Front control card.
2. Pumping control card.
3. Electrical hose-applicator connection.
4. Hydraulic hose-applicator connection.
5. Power switch and input power supply.
6. Pressure relief valve (for non-moisture curing
adhesives).
7. Purge valve.
8. Filter pump.
9. Pump system connection switch (optional).
10. Warning light (optional with level detector).
11. Air tight lid.
12. Air drying system (optional).
