Ifthefueldoorisnotclosed,theinstrument
panelwilldisplay"FuelFillerFlapOpen"
whenthevehicleispoweredonwithhigh
voltage.Atthistime,thevehicleshouldbe
stoppedassoonaspossiblewhileensuring
safety,andthesmallfueldoorshouldbe
closed.
Evenifthefuellleraphasnotbeen
closed,thereleaseswitchonitstillneedto
bepressedbeforerefueling.Thefuelller
apcanonlybeopenedaftertherefueling
preparationsarecompleted,otherwise
safetyhazardsmayoccur.
FuelFillerCap
Slowlyrotatethefuelllercapcounterclockwisetorelease
thepressureinsidethetankbeforeopeningit.
Afterrefuelling,replacethefuelllercapandtightenittill
youheara"click".
Ifthefuelllercapisnottightened,theengineemission
malfunctionindicatorlampontheinstrumentpackmay
illuminate.Pleasetightenthefuelllercapinthiscase.
Ifthelampremainson,pleasecontactalocalAuthorised
Repairerforserviceassoonaspossible.
Refuelling
Vehiclegasolinearehighlyammableand,
inconnedspaces,arealsoextremely
explosive.
Alwaystakecarewhenrefuelling:
•Stopthepowersystem;
•Donotsmokeoruseanakedame;
•Donotuseamobilephone;
•Preventfuelspillage;
•Donotoverllthetank.
Donotfullyrefuelthetankifthevehicleistobeparked
indirectsunlight,orhighambienttemperature-expansion
ofthefuelcouldcausespillage.
Afterrefuelling,iftheenginerunsunevenly,shutdown
theengineandseekalocalAuthorisedRepairerbefore
attemptingtorestarttheengine.
