roadsurface,orthevehicleinclineistoo
great(largerthan20%).Pleasemakesure
thatthevehicleissafelystabilisedpriorto

Autoholdcannotguaranteetheelectronic
parkingbrakeoperationinallcaseswhere
theignitionsystemisshutdown.Please
ensuretheelectronicparkingbrakeis
appliedandthevehicleisstabilisedprior
toexitingthevehicle.
Theautoholdfunctionshouldbeswitched
offduringtheuseofautomaticcarwashes,
theelectronicparkingbrakemaysuddenly
applyandcausevehicledamage.
Ifthevehicleisrequiredtostopfrequentlyforlongperiods
whiledriving(suchaswaitatthetrafclights,stopona
slopeorinurbanstop-and-goconditions),theAutoHold
functioncanassistyouinstabilisingthevehicle,enabling
youtoremoveyourfootfromthebrakepedalwhenthe
vehicleisstationaryandtheAutoHoldisactive.
