ThebodystabilitycontrolsystemincludesDynamic
StabilityControlSystem(SCS)andT ractionControl
System(TCS)
SCSisdesignedtoassistthedriverincontrolofdriving
direction.WhenSCSdetectsthatthevehicleisnotmoving
intheintendeddirection,itwillintervenebyapplyingbrake
forcetoselectedwheelsorthroughthepowersystem
topreventslidingandstabilisethedrivingdirectionby
correctingtheunder-steeringorover-steering.
TCScontributestomaintainingthecontroltothevehicle
byimprovingthevehicle'stractiontrafcabilityanddriving
stability.TCSmonitorsthedrivingspeedofeachwheel
individually.Ifspinisdetectedononewheel,thesystem
willautomaticallybrakethatwheel,transferringtorque
totheopposite,non-spinningwheel.Ifbothwheelsare
spinning,theoutputtorqueofthepowersystemwillbe
reducedinordertoregulatewheelrotationuntiltraction
isregained.
SCSandTCSareautomaticallyswitchedonwhentheStart
switchisplacedinpositionON/RUNNING/READ Y.And
theycanbeswitchedoffbyusingtheswitchlocatedonthe
entertainmentdisplay.
Note:DisablingSCSandTCSwillnotaffectthe
operationofABS.AlwaysdisableSCSandTCSwhen
drivingwithsnowchainstted.
Note:IfyourvehiclehasequippedwithIBS,theSCS
andTCScouldnotbedisabledbyswitchaftertheACC
hasbeenactivated.
