maybedisplayedontheinstrumentpack,
andthevehicleisnotrestrictedinthe
correctspeedrange,sothedriverstillneeds
toberesponsibleforreal-timeevaluation
ofthespeedlimitontheroad.
Thefrontviewcameracannotrecognise
speedlimitsignspaintedontheroad
surface.ThedriverMUSTobservethese
speedlimitsandadjustthetheirspeed
accordingly.
Thesettinginterfaceofthespeedlimitassistsystemis
locatedontheentertainmentdisplay.EntertheVehicle
Settingsinterface,ndtheSpeedLimitAssistSystem
Settingsinterface,andchooseamode:Intelligent,Manual,
Off.
1Intelligent:i.e.IntelligentSpeedLimit;Thevehicle
detectsroadsidespeedlimitsigns(e.g.)through
thefrontviewcamera,andactivelyintervenesinthe
speedcontroltokeepthevehiclespeedwithinthe
permittedmaximumspeedlimit.
2Manual:i.e.ManualSpeedLimit;Thedriversetsthe
maximumspeedviathebuttonontheleftsideofthe
steeringwheel,andactivelyintervenesinthespeed
controltokeepthevehiclespeedwithinthepermitted
maximumspeedlimit.Referto"ManualSpeedLimit
VehicleSpeedSetting".
