EnsurethevehicleisinPgearandthe
vehiclepowersystemisOFF.
Ifanycablesonthevehicleareexposed,
inordertopreventelectricshockoreven
deathDONOTmakeanycontactwithany
cable.
Ifthevehiclecatchesre,andthere
issmallandslow,acarbondioxide
extinguishercanbeusedtoextinguishthe
re,andcontactthereservicesassoon
aspossible;ifthereislargeandspreading
quickly,immediatelyevacuatethevehicle
andcontactthereservicesimmediately.
Ifthevehicleisinvolvedinacollision,it
cannotbere-started,thenegativecableof
12VbatteryandManualServiceDisconnect
(MSD)MUSTbedisconnectedpriorto
rescue.
