AutoHoldhas3statesasfollows:
1Standby:
Withthedriverseatbeltfastened,thedriverdoor
closedandthepowersystemoperating,presstheauto
holdswitchtoswitchtheautoholdfunctionfromOff
toStandbystate.TheindicatorofAutoHoldSwitch
illuminates.
2Parking:
Whenthevehicleismovingforward,depressthe
brakepedaltoacertaindepth.Afterthevehicleis
fullystopped,theAutoHoldfunctionisswitched
fromStandbytoParkingstate.Inthisstate,thegreen
indicatorontheinstrumentpanel
illuminates.
WhentheautoholdisintheParkingstate,engaging
Dgearanddepressingtheacceleratorpedalwill
automaticallyreleasetheautoholdfunctionbasedon
theslope.
TheAutoHoldwillreleasefromtheParkingstateifR
gearisselected.
3OFF:
PressAutoHoldswitchagaintodisablethefunction.
TheAutoHoldwillexittheparkingstateundersome
circumstancessuchasunfasteningtheseatbelt,turningoff
thepowersystem,remainingstaticforalengthoftimeor
pressingtheAutoHoldswitch.Atthistime,theEPBwill
beapplied.
Note:Withthebrakepedalpressed,operatingthe
switchtoturntheautoholdoff,thesystemwillNOT
applytheparkingbrake.
Note:WhenthevehicleisinPgear,theautohold
functionwillnotbeengaged.
