vehicleisrunning.
Duringdriving,donotmovetheshiftlever
fromDtoRorPposition,otherwisethe
severedamagetoelectricdriveunitor
dangerousaccidentmayoccur.

Whentheshiftleverisinthisposition,thetransmission
willbemechanicallylocked.Usethisgearwhenthe
vehicleisstationary.
PressthePbutton,andthevehiclewillshiftintoPark
gear.
Note:TurnofftheStartswitch,andthevehiclewill
automaticallyshiftintoPgear.
Note:Withthebrakepedalreleased,thedriver
seatbeltunfastenedandthedriver'sdooropen,the
vehiclewillshifttoPgearautomatically.
•R:Reverse
Selectthisgearonlywhenthevehicleisstationaryand
thedriverhastheintentiontodrivebackwards.
Depressthebrakepedalandpushtheshiftknob
forwardtotheend,andthevehiclegoesintoreverse
gear.
•N:Neutral
Selectthisgearwhenthevehicleisstationaryandthe
powersystemisrunningforalongtime(forexample,
waitingfortrafclights).
WiththevehicleinPgear,depressthebrakepedal,
pushtheknobbackwardtotherstnon-steadystate
position,andthevehiclewillshiftintoNeutralgear.
WiththevehicleinDgear ,pushtheknobforwardto
therstnon-steadystateposition,andthevehiclewill
shiftintoNeutralgear .
WiththevehicleinRgear,pushtheknobbackwardto
therstnon-steadystateposition,andthevehiclewill
shiftintoNeutralgear .
•D:Drive
Thisisusedfornormaldrivingandwillallowautomatic
selectionofDrivegeardependingonvehiclespeedand
acceleratorpedalposition.
WiththevehicleinPgear,depressthebrakepedal,push
theshiftknobbackwardtotheend,andthevehiclewill
shiftintoDrivegear.
