seatbelts.Haveanynecessaryrepairs
carriedoutbyanMGAuthorisedRepairer.
Inappropriatehandlingmayleadto
incorrectoperation.
Ensurenoforeignorsharpobjectsbecome
lodgedintheseatbeltmechanisms.DO
NOTallowliquidstocontaminatetheseat
beltbuckle,thiscouldaffectthebuckle
engagement.
Seatbeltsshouldonlybecleanedwithwarmsoapywater.
Donotuseanysolventtocleantheseatbelt.Donot
attempttobleachordyetheseatbelt,otherwisethe
strengthoftheseatbeltwillbeseverelyweakened.After
cleaning,wipewithaclothandallowtodry.Donotallow
theseatbelttofullyretractbeforeitiscompletelydry.
Keepseatbeltscleananddry.
Iftherearecontaminantsaccumulatedintheretractor,the
retractionofseatbeltwillbeslow.Pleaseuseacleanand
dryclothtoremoveanycontaminants.
SeatBeltReplacement
Collisionaccidentsmaydamagetheseat
beltsystem.Theseatbeltsystemmay
notbeabletoprotectusersafterdamage,
whichmayresultinseriousinjuryor
evendeath.Afteranaccident,seatbelts
shouldbecheckedandreplacedasneeded
immediately.
Seatbeltsmaynotrequirechangeafterminorcollisions.
However ,someotherpartsoftheseatbeltsystem,like
metaltab,buckle,retractor,etc,maybedeformedor
damagedinthecollision.PleasegotoalocalAuthorised
Repairerforrepairorreplacementofseatbeltassembly.
