2Startthedonorvehicleandallowittoidleforseveral
minutes.
3Startthedisabledvehicle.Ifthedisabledvehiclewill
notstartafterseveralattempts,itmayneedtobe
repaired.PleasecontactalocalAuthorisedRepairer
foranoverhaul.
4Afterbothvehiclesarestartednormally,turnoffthe
Startswitchofthedonorvehicle.
5Disconnecttheboostercables.Disconnectingthe
boostercablesmustbeanexactreversalofthe
procedureusedtoconnectthem,i.e.disconnect
theblacknegativecablefromtheearthpointonthe
disabledvehicleFIRST .
IMPORTANT
DoNotopenanyelectricalappliancesofthevehicle
withlowpowerbeforedismantlingthejumpercable.
Note:Itisrecommendedtoturnoffthelights,
airconditionerandothercomfortappliancesafter
startingthevehiclewithpowerlossandkeepthe
vehiclerunningfor1~2hourstorestorethebattery
power.Ifthebatteryisfullychargedandthevehicle
stillcannotbenormallystarted,pleasecontactan
MGAuthorisedRepairerforservice.
