angenearthejack,andavoidplacingwheels
facedownontheground-thesurfacemaybe
scratched.
5Fitthesparewheelandtightenthewheelboltsuntil
thewheelisseatedrmlyagainstthehub.
6Lowerthevehicleandremovethejack,thenFULL Y
tightenthewheelboltsinadiagonalsequence.
7Placethetoolsback,andputthereplacedwheelinto
thetrunkinplace.
Note:DONOTstandonthehandleofthewheelbolt
spanneroruseextensiontubeonthehandleofthe
spanner.
Note:Whenreplacingthewheel,pleasefullytighten
theboltsinthediagonalsequencetwice.
Note:ConsultanMGAuthorisedRepairerortyre
specialistforareplacementtyreassoonaspossible.
SpacesaverSpareWheel
Onlyonespacesaversparewheelcan
beusedatanyonetime,otherwise
theoperationalperformanceandbrake
performancemaybereduced,thereby
leadingtoaccidentorinjurytoyourself
andothers.
Whendrivingonsnowcoveredoricyroads,
itisadvisedtotthespacesaverwheelto
therearwheelsofthevehicletomaintain
adequatestability.Ifthefrontwheeltyreis
damaged,arearwheelshouldbemovedto
thepositionofafrontwheel,andthent
thespacesaversparewheelintheposition
oftherearwheel.
Snowchainscannotbeusedonthe
spacesaversparewheel,thiscancause
damagetothecarandsnowchain.
Whenthespacesaversparewheelistted,drivethecar
withcare,andthespeedshouldnotexceed80km/h.
