3Switchonthepowerswitchoftheelectricairpump
(i.e.,press"-"),tostartpumpingsealantintothe
tyre.Therepairuidreservoirwillbecomeempty
afterapproximately30seconds.Thetyreshouldreach
thespeciedpressurewithin5or10minutes.
Note:Whenthepressuregaugeoftheairpump
startstowork,itmaybrieyindicateupto600kPa
(i.e.6bar),thenthepressurereturnstonormal.
4Whentherequiredpressureisreached,switchoffthe
electricairpump(i.e.,press"o").
Note:Iftherequiredpressurecannotbe
reachedwithin10minutes,pleasedisconnectthe
compressor,drivethevehicle10metresapprox
forwardorbackwardtoallowthesealantto
spreadwithinthetyre.Iftherequiredpressure
canstillnotbereached,thetyreisseverely
damagedandyoushouldseekassistancefrom
theRoadsideAssistancecompanyoranMG
AuthorisedRepairer.
Note:Consecutiveoperationofelectricairpump
formorethan10minutesmayresultindamageto
thecompressor.
5Removetherepairuidreservoirfromtheslot,and
disconnectthehoseofthereservoirfromthetyre
valve.Thenremovetheplugoftheelectricairpump
fromthe12Vpowersocket,andreturnthetyrerepair
kittoitsstowagetray.
6Pleasedrivethecarwithin1minuteuponthe
completionofaboveoperationstoallowthesealant
todistributeevenlyinthetyre,whilethevehiclespeed
shallnotexceed80km/handthedrivingmileagenot
exceed5km.Thenndasafeplacetostopand
recheckthetyrepressure.
Ifthetyrepressurehasdroppedtolessthan80kPa(
0.8bar),itindicatesthatthetyreisseverelydamaged
andunrepairable,pleasecontactalocalAuthorised
Repairerforservice.
Ifthetyrepressureisbetween80kPa(0.8bar)andthe
speciedpressure,inatethetyrewiththeelectricair
pumpuntilitreachesthespeciedpressure.Repeat
Step6.
Ifthetyrepressureisequaltothespeciedpressure,
youmaycontinuedriving,butthevehiclespeedshall
notexceed80km/h,andthedrivingmileageshallnot
exceed200km.
