RTL8110SC Ethernet Controller
EEPROM Interface
The RTL8110SC requires an external EEPROM be attached. The WS5 System
board uses U23, a 1Kbit serial EEPROM. The EEPROM interface provides the
ability to read and write data to an external EEPROM device.
The EEPROM stores the PCI configuration and IO space values of the
controller and these values are auto-loaded into the controller at each
power-up.
