Door is Open but Code
C326 is displayed.
P.C. Board malfunction-
ing.
Disconnect Door Inter-
lock Switch leads from J1
& J2 then check for line
(115 or 230 VAC) voltage
at J1 & J2.
If no voltage is present and
problem persist replace P.C.
Board (Refer to para 4-13).
Always
run Service Diagnos-
tics (Para 2.2) before replac-
ing P.C. Board.

Door Switch contacts
opened during Fill Mode.
Check with person oper-
ating unit to see if door
was opened as unit was
filling.
Explain proper operation.
Close door
, cycle will con-
tinue where left off.
Check Door Switch. Con-
tact should be closed
when door is in closed
position.
If contact of Door Switch
shows open when door is
closed replace switch (Refer
to para 4.11).

Check Door Switch. Con-

position.
If contact of Door Switch
shows open when door is
closed replace switch (Refer

STEAM TEMP LOW
ITEMS NOT STERILE
UNPLUG / RE-PLUG UNIT
Sterilization Mode not
reached by 25 minutes.
Steam Heater malfunc-
tioning.
Check Steam Heater
resistance and for
grounding.
115 VAC = 10 Ohms*
230 VAC = 38 Ohms*
(+/- 10% cold reading)
If Steam heater shows open or
short replace heater (Refer to
para 4.20).
Steam leakage from
chamber.
Check door gasket, all fit-
tings and valves for leak-
age.
Repair or replace leaking com-
ponent(s).
Temperature Sensor
(RTD) is malfunctioning.
Place a calibrated tem-
perature probe inside
chamber & run Service
Diagnostics and check
temp. readings.
If STEAM temperature reading
is not in line with temperature
probe reading replace Tem-
perature Sensor
(Refer to para 4.10).
Main P.C. Board Mal-
functioning.
Check for 5.0 VDC
between TP2 & TP4.
Remove plug connector
at J12 on P.C. Board and
check voltage on pins 1 &
2.
Voltage should be apprx.
4.5 VDC at all times with
unit plugged in. Also, run
Service Diagnostics.
If voltage is not present or Ser-
vice Diagnostics reveals a
problem replace P.C. Board
(Refer to para 4.13).

C534: STERILIZE MODE
STEAM TEMP LOW
ITEMS NOT STERILE
UNPLUG / RE-PLUG UNIT
During the Sterilization
Mode of the particular
cycle, the chamber temp.
drops below the cycle’s
designated sterilization
temp.
Steam Heater malfunc-
tioning.
Check Steam Heater
resistance and for
grounding.
