(5) Loosen the mounting screws on the door motor
switch (6). Push the right end of the switch
downward as far as possible and tighten the
mounting screws.
(6) Plug power cord into outlet receptacle.
(7) Run a Sterilization Cycle and check operation.
4.13 Main Control P.C. Board
A. Removal
(1) Unplug power cord from outlet receptacle.
(2) Remove R.H. side panel (Refer to para 4.2).
(3) Tag and disconnect wire harnesses and
electrical leads from main control p.c board
assembly (1, Figure 4-13).
(4) Cut the high temperature cable tie (2) and
remove the tube (3) from the pressure trans-
ducer (4).
(5) Remove the two mounting nuts (5) then remove
main P.C. board assembly (1).
B. Installation
(1) Install the main p.c. board assembly (1,
Figure 4-13) and secure with the two mounting
nuts (5).
(2) Connect the wire harnesses, and electrical
leads.
(3) Connect the tube (3) to the pressure transducer
(4) and secure with a high temperature cable
tie (2).
(4) Plug unit into an electrical outlet and run Ser-
vice Diagnostics to check operation of various
components (refer to Service Diagnostics,
Para 2.2).
(5) Install R.H. side panel (Refer to para 4.2).
4.14 Fan Thermostat
A. Removal
(1) Unplug power cord from outlet receptacle
.
(2) Remove R.H. side panel (Refer to para 4.2).
(3) Disconnect leads from terminals of fan thermo-
stat (1, Figure 4-14).
(4) Remove fan thermostat (1) and bracket (2)
assembly.
B. Installation
(1) Install fan thermostat (1, Figure 4-14) and
bracket (2) assembly.
(2) Connect electrical leads to fan thermostat (1).
(3) Install R.H. side panel (Refer to para 4.2).
