14. If there is 8.4 volts between pins 2 and 3 at the cap electronic, then check
for 0.4 volts between pins 1 and 2 and 1 and 3 at the cap electronic. If
there is not 0.4 volts between pins 1 and 2 and pins 1 and 3 at the cap
electronic, then the cap electronic is faulty. Replace it, following the
instructions in Section 030-4.12.
15. If there is 0.4 volts between pins 1 and 2 and pins 1 and 3 at the upper
electronic, then the connecting cable (power cord) has a broken
connection. Replace it, following the instructions in Section 030-4.4.
