3.5 Appliance Cannot Be Switched On
Cause:
Electronic in handle is defective.
Remedy:
Replace the suction hose with electronic; see Section 055-4.1.

4 Service
4.1 Replacing the Suction Hose with Electronic
Danger!
For safety reasons the handle should not be dismantled as locking tabs
can become damaged. Safe and correct reassembly can then not be
ensured. To increase electrical safety, the hose connection at the handle
has been strengthened with a ring. Handles strengthened in this way
cannot be dismantled.
Only replace the suction hose as a complete assembly.
