ERROR 651
REPLACE NCU
The NCU sensor sensitivity is too low to
correctly judge missing lines (due to noz-
zle clogging).
The nozzle check function cannot be
used.
NCU replacement is required.
Contact your local distributor, our sales
office, or service center.
ERROR 652
NCU NZK CHK (HW)
Nozzle clogging and deflection occur fre-
quently,
And the NCU cannot correctly recognize
the ink discharge.
Check the nozzle condition. If there is a
great amount of missing lines (due to nozzle
clogging) or deflection, clean the affected
nozzles.

NCU NZK CHK (MARK)

NCU CENTER POS
Failure to adjust the discharge position
to the NCU.

Sensor sensitivity adjustment has failed.

detected.
If the temperature abnormality cannot be
resolved after this error occurred, forci-
bly turn off the machine power.

INVAILD OPERATION
Due to a certain error, the function can-
not be performed.
Return to the local mode screen and check
the error situation and take appropriate
action.

DATA REMAIN
There is remaining print data.
Clear the data.

An error occurred in the mounted heads.
Turn off the power on the machine and turn it
on after a while.

PRINT AREA SHORT
Media width or media length required for
printing is insufficient.
Change the media to the one with enough
width or length.
When the media width narrows because the
origin moved, slide the origin to the right to
widen the effective media width.

ADJUST HEAD HEIGHT
There is a difference between the head
height set value stored in the machine
and the current head height.
Set the head height.
