MOTOR Y
An excessive load was applied to the Y
motor.
Turn off the power on the machine and turn it
on after a while.
If displaying again, contact your local distrib-
utor, our sales office, or service center.

X CURRENT
Overcurrent error of X motor was
detected.
ERROR 404
Y CURRENT
Overcurrent error of Y motor was
detected.
ERROR 44f
Take-up Roll Sns Err
Take-up roller sensor error
The roller sensor cannot be correctly
read.
Make sure that take-up unit and take-up ten-
sion bar settings in the machine setting are
"ON".( P.3-14)
Check the set condition of the media.
Confirm that the take-up unit operates using
the manual SW.
ERROR 505
MEDIA JAM
A media clogging occurred. Remove the media and reset it.
ERROR 509
HDC POSCNT
An error occurred in the position control.
Turn off the power on the machine and turn it
on after a while.
If displaying again, contact your local distrib-
utor, our sales office, or service center.
ERROR 50a
Y ORIGIN
Y origin could not be detected.

L-SCALE BLACK
Abnormal linear scale.

MEDIA WIDTH SENSOR
The media width could not be correctly
read.

Pump sensor detection error.

Ink IC chip of the ink pack cannot be
read correctly.
Make sure that the ink IC chip is correctly
inserted.
Reinsert the ink IC chip.
Turn off the power on the machine and turn it
on after a while.
If displaying again, contact your local distrib-

RE-INSERT CARTRIDGE
There is a slot in which the ink IC chip is
not inserted for more than a certain time.
Set an ink IC chip.
ERROR 628
WRONG INK CARTRIDGE
An error occurred in the information of
the ink IC chip of the ink pack.
The usage exceeds the specified value.
Check that the nozzle is not clogged.
ERROR 63c
INK REMAIN ZERO
Cartridge remaining amount 0 (ink end /
only at 4-color ink set)
Replace with new ink.
ERROR 64C
NCU ERROR
The nozzle check was interrupted due to
some problem.
Turn off the power on the machine and turn it
on after a while.
If displaying again, contact your local distrib-
utor, our sales office, or service center.
ERROR 650
NCU CONECT
The NCU unit is not connected.
