To Customize the Auto-Attendant Greeting
1. From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
3. Select “System Programming”.
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
5. Select “Change greetings”.
6. Select “Auto Attendant Day” or “Auto Attendant Night” to record the “Day Service” and “Night Service”
greetings respectively.
7. Select “Record Greeting”.
8. When prompted, speak to record the new greeting.
9. Press “Confirm” when the recording has been completed.
Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
To Customize the Courtesy Service Greeting
When the system is equipped with a voice mail module the courtesy messages are supplied from it. These
messages can be customized.
1. From the programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
3. Select “System Programming”.
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
5. Press the Scroll Down key () until “Change Greetings” is displayed.
6. Select “Change Greetings”.
7. Select “Courtesy Service Day” or “Courtesy Service Night” to record the “Day Service” and “Night Service”
greetings respectively.
8. Select “Record Greeting”.
9. When prompted, speak and record the new greeting.
10. When finished recording of the new greeting, press “Confirm”.
Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
To Record a Directory Message
If a Directory Message is recorded, the simple directory service is activated (not the dial by name directory
service). Callers to the Auto-Attendant are prompted to dial # to access the directory and then this message is
replayed.
From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
1. Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
2. Select “System Programming”.
3. Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
4. Press the Scroll Down key () until “Change Greetings” is displayed.
5. Select “Directory Message”.
6. Select Record Greeting
7. Record the message after the tone and then press “Confirm”.
To Enable / Disable Call Logging
Call Logging is disabled by default. If call logging is to be activated then it is programmed here.
1. From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
3. Select “System Programming”.
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
5. Press the Scroll Down key () until “Call Logging” is displayed.
6. Select “Call Logging”.
7. Select “Call Logging ON” or “Call Logging OFF” to turn call logging on and off.
