Restricted Call Logging - not printing the last 4 digits of calls dialed
The option “Restricted Call Logging” can be activated. When set on the last 4 digits in dialed calls are sent to the
call logging device as xxxx.
1. From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
3. Select “System Programming”.
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
5. Press the Scroll Down key () until “Call Logging” is displayed.
6. Select “Restricted Call Logging ON”.
A indicates that restricted call logging is activated.
Xon Xoff
The Xon Xoff option provides software control to tell the system when the printer is online and ready to print or
offline and unable to print and therefore no records should be sent at this time.
1. From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
3. Select “System Programming”.
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
5. Press the Scroll Down key () until “Call Logging” is displayed.
6. Select “Enable Xon Xoff”.
A indicates the facility is activated.
NOTE: The Xon Xoff is active when the printer or PC is on line and powered. If they are not on line or powered
down this facility is not active.
Print Log
The switch maintains a log of the last 500 call records. This buffer can be sent to a printer or PC as required by
selecting the “Print Log” option.
1. From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
3. Select “System Programming”.
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
5. Press the Scroll Down key () until “Call Logging” is displayed.
6. Select “Print Log”.
Programming System Timers
You can set various timers from the programming extension to suit your requirements.
1. From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
3. Select “System Programming”.
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select “System”.
5. Press the Scroll Down key () until “Timers” is displayed.
6. Select “Timers”.
7. Select the required timer to be changed and enter the duration.
8. Confirm the new time.
Timers Range Default setting
Recall On Hold 0001 - 1800 90 seconds
Recall On Transfer 001 - 300 90 seconds
Forward On No Answer 01 - 30 15 seconds
Courtesy Delay 01 - 30 30 seconds
Open The Door 01 - 30 5 seconds
Door Phone Ring Duration 01 - 30 30 seconds
