2nd step: Mounting a new double brake

Assemble the brake according to the picture.
NOTE: Pay attention to the orientation of the
lining.

Put the double brake in position and
pre-tighten the screws by hand

Tighten the screws (1) with a tool. Remove the
two other screws (2).
NOTE: The top brake is the main brake; the
bottom brake is the safety brake.

Plug the brake plugs on their correct
sockets.

Close the motor and brake side covers.
CAUTION
After completing the work on the brake, the brake function must
be tested with rated load
Note: The clutch must be re-adjusted after the brake has been replaced.
