To load a magazine from the top
Load plates into the top of the magazine as illustrated in Figure 3-2.
Then, place the magazine in the stacker. See Figure 3-6.

To load a magazine from the bottom
1. Stack all of the microplates on the bench.
Note: Make sure you avoid any substance that can adhere plates
together in the stacker. For example, build up of proteins on the plate
top or adhesive from plate seals are common substances that can
cause plates to adhere together.
