approximately
0.010
inch
from
the

which
is
mounted
on
the

4.6.6 Ejector Tension/Release Adjustment
There
are
two
parts
to
the
ejector
adjustment.
One
is
to
apply
tension
to
the
ejector
block
so
it
will
latch
when
a
diskette
is
installed;
the
second
is
to
lift
the
ejector
block
so
it
will
discharge
when
the
door
is
opened.
Adjustment
assumes
ejector
has
just
been
reassembled
with
no
tensioning
at
all.
4.6.6.1 Ejector Tension
With
the
door
open
and
the
ejector
discharged,
slightly
compress
the
spring
and
turn
it
two
full
revolutions
counter-clockwise
(as
viewed
from
the
front
of
drive).
Hold
the
spring
tension
and
let
it
decompress
until
the
spring
end
is
resting
on
the
ejector
block
(refer
to
figure
4-12).
4.6.6.2 Ejector Release
With
the
door
opened,
ensure
that
the
ejector
release
spring-end
will
rest
on
or
slightly
above
the
angled
area
of
the
ejector
block
when
the
ejector
is
loaded.
Now
close
the
door;
spring-
end
should
move
beneath
the
ejector
block.
If
it
does
not,
bend
the
spring-end
so
that
it
does.
Refer
to
figure
4-14
for
the
proper
spring
position.
4.6. 7 Pressure
Pad
Arm
Adjustment
On
the
pressure
pad
arm
adjustment
block,
(refer
to
figure
4-12)
the
center
screw
is
to
secure
the
block
to
the
ejector
shaft
and
the
upper
set
screw
controls
the
attitude
of
the
pressure
pad
arm.
To
adjust
the
pressure
pad
arm
proceed
as
follows:
