      If your MTP Medical Equipment shows a “Vac test failed, prime again” error message, it might be because the peristaltic tubing isn't properly seated in the groove in the cassette. Remove the cassette and make sure the peristaltic tubing is aligned correctly in the groove. Then, fully seat the cassette into the locking mechanism and run a prime cycle.
