Preparation:
• Obtainthelatestreleasepackageandstoreitinalocaldriveonyourcomputer.
NOTE
• Performtheupdatebyadheringtothefollowingwarnings.Ifyoudonotadheretothesewarnings,thereisariskthattheprojector
willnolongerbeabletostartcorrectly.
• Donotturnoffthemainpowertotheprojectorduringtheupdate.
• DonotturnoffthePCduringtheupdate.Turnpowersavingfunctionsoff.
• DonotdisconnecttheLANcableconnectingthePCandprojectormainunitduringtheupdate.
1. On the [MAINTENANCE] → [Update] screen, click the [Update] button.
The Update screen appears.
Version File Maintenance Displays the denition le (*.npversion) that is read by DCC.
“Select New Version File” button Sets the selected le as the new version le.
Update Displays the screen for selecting the method for updating.
“Full-Auto”button Begins Full-Auto Update. When the Full-Auto Update nishes, the
button changes to “Update End”. Click the “Update End” button to
nish the Full-Auto Update (shuts down the projector).
“Semiauto”button Begins Semiauto Update. When the Semiauto Update nishes, the
button changes to “Update End”. Click the “Update End” button to
nish the Semiauto Update (shuts down the projector).
