Press Hold key.

1. If you know the specific line number, dial 772 + Line number (001~126 (SL1000) 001~096
(SL1100)).
Exclusive Hold
To place an outside call on Exclusive Hold:
Press the Exclusive Hold key (PRG 15-07-01 or SC 851: 45).
Single Line Terminal
1. Hookflash.
2. Dial 849.
To pick up an outside call on Exclusive Hold:
1. Press the flashing line key.
