SL1100 MyCalls (SL1100)
Description
MyCalls is a single user, entry-level application that helps provide a real-time snapshot of all calls. It is
also an ideal tool for your call management, call statistics, costing and reporting tasks. It uses the built
in SMDR.
There are two Types of MyCalls (MyCalls Limited and MyCalls). The only difference between the two
types is that MyCalls Limited is only able to monitor 20 Extensions, while the MyCalls is able to
monitor all Extensions. The same software is loaded on the PC and the type is based on the license in
the system.
MyCalls has a Configuration Import Tool which verifies if the SMDR is programmed correctly in the
SL1100. If not configured correctly for SMDR, you are prompted to allow the tool to assign the correct
programming.
Conditions
If you have MyCalls Limited and want to upgrade to MyCalls, you have to purchase the MyCalls
license.
MyCalls will only show up to 8-digit Account codes. The SL1100 will still support up to 16-digit
accounts, but only the first 8 digits will show in MyCalls.
MyCalls will only show up to 16-digit Dialed Numbers.
MyCalls cannot retrieve the MyCalls license when the 60-day free license is enabled. You will need
to first disable the free license (PRG 90-55-01), then retrieve MyCalls license from system, and
finally enable the free license back (if needed).
MyCalls will not run on the 60-day free license but will run for 90 days from the first time installed on
the PC.
MyCalls PC Specification
The MyCalls server is the PC that is responsible for communicating with the SL1100 and holding the
MyCalls database. MyCalls clients can be installed to retrieve information from the MyCalls server. A
dedicated PC is strongly recommended for the MyCalls Server. The MyCalls server will require a TCP
connection to the SL1100 in order to capture the SMDR output.
