9. Dial VRS message number when inspected extension answered, “001”.
10. After beep tone, record the message and press # key.
11. Dial VRS message number when emergency call destination answered, “002”.
12. After confirmation tone, record the message.
13. Press Speaker key and finish recording.
To Cancel the Remote Inspection
1. Press Speaker key + dial 719 at Multiline Terminal.
2. Dial Remote Inspection terminal number (1-6).
3. Dial 0 (cancel).
When answered the Remote Inspection ring
1. At 12:00 o’clock start ringing at extension 200.
2. When answered VRS message 1 is played.
3. After finishing VRS 1 message, the call is disconnected.
When Not answered the Remote Inspection ring
1. At 12:00 o’clock start ringing at extension 200.
2. Continue ringing over 3 minutes.
3. Stop ringing at extension 200 and place outgoing call automatically according to speed dial bin
999.
4. When destination answered send VRS message 2.
5. After finishing VRS message 2, destination person can automatically monitor through extension
200.
6. By dialing
from outside it is possible to make both way talk.
