Cajun Roasted Potatoes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 russet potatoes
2T extra-virgin olive oil
1T Cajun spice
Sea salt
Black pepper, fresh, ground
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges. Put them in a bowl and toss with olive
oil until completely covered.
2. Arrange potatoes in the basket.
3. Cook at 375°F for 15 minutes, ip, and continue cooking for an additional 10
minutes or until fully cooked.
4. Once done, put potatoes in a bowl and toss with Cajun Spice, sea salt, and
fresh ground black pepper.
5. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
