4. Flow rate control switches
These switches are pressed to set the flow rate. The set value is increased
by pressing “+” and decreased by pressing “–”.
The setting range for each cavity mode is described below. The flow rate
can be set in increments of 0.1 L/min from 0.1 – 2 L/min and in increments
of 1 L/min thereafter.
• “NORMAL” cavity mode:

5. Volume reset switch
Press this switch to reset the VOLUME indicator to 0.0 L.
6. Insufflation switch
Press this switch to start or stop insufflation.
7. Smoke evacuation mode selector switch
Press this switch to change smoke evacuation modes. Each press of the
switch changes the mode as follows: OFF LOW HIGH OFF.
8. Cavity mode selector switch
Press this switch to select an appropriate cavity mode.
• Normal: Mode for observation and treatment of the abdominal cavity
• Small: Mode for observation and treatment of the small cavity
(Example: colon (rectum)).
To enter the user mode, turn on the Power switch while pressing the cavity
mode selector switch.
9. Display mode selector switch
Press this switch to change the display mode on the display area. Each
press of the switch changes the display mode on the display area as
follows: Complete display mode Convenient display mode 1
Convenient display mode 2 Complete display mode.

Connect this to an insufflation tube or an filter connecting tube.

Connect this valve to a suction tube.
LOW: 0.1 – 1.0 L/min
MED: 1.1 – 1.9 L/min, 2 – 19 L/min
HIGH: 20 – 45 L/min
LOW: 0.1 – 1.0 L/min
MED: 1.1 – 1.9 L/min, 2 – 5 L/min
HIGH: 6 – 10 L/min
