N: Message number
The message number must be 0000 to 0007 hexadecimal (or 0 to 7 decimal).
M: First message word
When displaying a message, M specifies the address of the first of the words containing the ASCII
message. When clearing a message, M can be any hexadecimal constant (0000 through FFFF).
