z Linear Extrapolation Function
Linear Extrapolation (C = Data area address)
APR(069) linear extrapolation is specified when C is a word
address.
The content of word C specifies the number of coordinates in
a data table starting at C+2, the form of the source data, and
whether data is BCD or binary.
The following 5 kinds of I/O data can be used:
16-bit unsigned BCD data
16-bit unsigned binary data
16-bit signed binary data (CJ2/CS1-H/CJ1-H/CJ1M/CS1D Only)
32-bit signed binary data (CJ2/CS1-H/CJ1-H/CJ1M/CS1D Only)
Single-precision floating-point data (CJ2/CS1-H/CJ1-H/CJ1M/CS1D Only)
