Ă• The RSĆ485 connection can be either oneĆtoĆone to oneĆtoĆN. Up to 32
units including the host computer can be connected in oneĆtoĆN systems.
Use shielded, twisted pair cable (AWG 28 or larger), and keep the total
cable length to 500 m.
Ă• Specify both ends of the transmission path including the host computer
as the end node (that is, connect terminators to both ends).
The maximum terminal resistance is 54 Ohms.
