Cards, Security, Configurations, Maintenance and
Communications. Use the up and down arrow keys to
navigate through the various options available from the
menu. The green Enter key is used to select the option.
Not all of the functions are available to all the users.
These options are restricted based on password level.
Password levels will be covered in detail later in the
course.
New Guest Check-in
This function is used when a new guest is to be checked
into a room. When the new card is used in the lock, the
card of the previous guest will automatically be
canceled in the lock. Since this function is the most
frequently used, the HT22 defaults to this function
when an operator logs into the system.
Single Room Guest Card
To check in a new guest, perform the following steps:
1. Enter your password.
2. Press the ENTER key. If a back-up needs to be
made or updated, the screen will prompt you to
take action. Once this process is complete, the
screen will display "New Guest Check-In" and
prompt you to enter a room number.

3. Pressing the HELP key will allow you to select the
room number from a list of the rooms in the system.
Simply highlight the room number desired in the list,
and press the ENTER key to select it.
