The lower right-hand corner
of the screen displays a
counter. The left number is
the record displayed; the right
number is the total number of
records selected.
11. The screen will now prompt you to press any key to
generate the report. Press any key, and the first item in
the report will be displayed on your screen. You may
scroll through the list one item at a time by using the
UP and DOWN ARROW keys. Using the LEFT
ARROW key will bring you to the first transaction in
the list, and using the RIGHT ARROW key will bring
you to the last transaction in the list.

12. If you wish to print the list, press the * key. The unit
will ask how many lines per page your printer will
accept. Enter the value and press the ENTER key to
print the report (see Auditor on page 75).

13. When you have finished viewing the report, press the
MENU key to select another function, or press the
EXIT key to log out of the system.
