The lower righ- hand corner
of the screen displays a
counter. The left number is
the record displayed; the right
number is the total number of
records selected.
9. Press any key. The first audit will be displayed on the
screen. Use the UP and DOWN ARROW keys to
scroll through the list one item at a time. You can use
the LEFT ARROW key to go to the first record and
the RIGHT ARROW key to go to the last record.

10. If you wish to print the list, press the * key. The unit
will ask how many lines per page your printer will
accept. Enter the value and press the ENTER key to
print the report (see Audit Trail on pages 83 and 84).
