System Setup Continued
Use DST – After completing the Time Zone setup, highlight USE DST and press ENTER to
turn Daylight Saving Time ON / OFF.
NTP Type – Highlight NTP (Network Time Protocol) and press ENTER to sync the recorder
with the network time.
Keypad Beep - ON / OFF [Enables / Disables Audible keypad touch confirmation].
Auto Log Off – OFF or 1-10 Minutes [This feature will close the Setup Menu after XX
minutes of inactivity. This is a security feature.]
S/W Upgrade – Start firmware upgrade from selected media (USB or CD/DVD).
Upgrade Firmware
1. Press SETUP on the front panel or remote control.
or
Click MENU on the hover menu and select SETUP.
2. Select SYSTEM > SYSTEM SETUP.
3. Click S/W UPGRADE to open the UPGRADE FIRMWARE window.
4. Insert the CD/DVD or USB device.
5. Click SCAN.
6. Select the media type (DVD/CD-ROM / USB HDD/STICK).
7. Click OK to start the upgrade.
