D-I/O monitor
The ON-OFF status of the I/O signals of the
BLE2
Series and the setting value of the external analog setting device can be
monitored. D-I/O represents direct I/O.
I/O test
I/O signals of D-I/O can be tested. Forcible output of output signals in addition to monitors of input signals and external DC
voltage can be executed.
This function is convenient when the wire connection with the programmable controller is checked. Also, with drivers for
electromagnetic brake motor, the electromagnetic brake of the motor can be controlled to hold or release forcibly.
Note
Output signals can forcibly be turned ON or OFF with I/O test. Therefore, other devices connected to the applicable
product may operate. Before operation, check the condition of the surrounding area to ensure safety.
If I/O test is started while the load holding function is enabled, the holding force of the motor is lost. When I/O test is
ended, the holding force is generated.
The electromagnetic brake cannot be held or released forcibly while the alarm is generated.
Internal I/O monitor
All I/O signals of the
BLE2
Series can be monitored. Signals that are not assigned to direct I/O can also be checked.
Alarm monitor
The alarm information of the
BLE2
Series can be monitored.

Items that can be checked in the alarm history
Item Description
Code This is an alarm code.
Alarm message This is the description of the alarm.
Sub code This is our code for checking.
Driver temperature This is the driver temperature when an alarm is generated.
Main circuit DC voltage This is the internal voltage of the driver when an alarm is generated.
Physical I/O input Monitors the status of IN0 to IN6 when an alarm is generated.
Internal I/O output Monitors the status of the internal I/O when an alarm is generated.
Operation data number Monitors the data number operated when an alarm is generated.
Command speed Monitors the rotation speed command operated when an alarm is generated.
Detection speed Monitors the detection speed when an alarm is generated.
Load factor Monitors the motor load factor when an alarm is generated.
Elapsed time from BOOT This is the elapsed time from the input of the main power supply to the generation of the alarm.
Elapsed time from starting operation This is the elapsed time from the start of the operation to the generation of the alarm.
Main power supply time
This is the elapsed time from the input of the main power supply of the driver to the generation of
the alarm.
When the sensor error at power-on and the EEPROM error shortly after power-on are generated, "0" is shown in all elds.
(Excluding the code, alarm message, and main power supply time)
Information monitor
Information contents of the
BLE2
Series can be monitored.
