10.4.6 Test stop reasons
There are ve possible ways in which a test can stop, described below.
When the test stops the data collected is assessed. The result is given as
a pop-up graphic and written highlighted at the top of the test screen. The
Otoport will beep once if a test has stopped with an ABR Pass result and
will beep twice if the test has stopped with any other result.
AutoStop
If the test data collected meets the set pass criteria then the test will
AutoStop and a large checkmark will be displayed.
The test result can be saved at this point, or the results can be reviewed
prior to saving. If Review is selected, three screens are available by using
the left and right arrow keys.
