MCO Line Preference
MCO Line Preference allows you to place an outside call by simply picking up the handset. When you
go offhook, the MCO 1 trunk group is automatically accessed.
Operation
To place a call using MCO Line Preference:

• FF5-2: MCO Trunk Groups (Outbound)
Considerations
• You can press the ON/OFF key to get intercom dial tone.
Action Result
1. Lift the handset or press the ON/OFF key.
2. Enter the Direct Trunk Access code (default = 88). Dialed number displays
3. Enter the desired trunk number. • Outside dial tone
• CO XXX displays (where XXX = line number)
4. Dial the phone number. Dialed phone number displays
