Intercept Routing
Description Provides automatic redirection of incoming outside calls via DISA.
There are two types of Intercept Routing.
Condition • The Intercept Routing feature works in the following cases.
(1) When nothing is dialed after the dial tone is sent to the caller.
(2) When the call is not answered within a programmed time. This is
called Intercept Routing — No Answer (IRNA).
