Shutter (Drive) Settings
Select a Drive Mode
Applicable modes:
Selecting the drive mode allows you to switch the operation, such as burst recording or the
self-timer, for when you press the shutter button.

A Drive mode
• To cancel the drive mode, select [ ]. The setting will switch to [Single].
• Settings for each drive mode can be changed by pressing 3.
Not available in these cases:
•
Not available with [Panorama Shot] in Scene Guide Mode.
Drive mode Description of settings

[Single] (P65)
When the shutter button is pressed, only one picture is
recorded.

[Burst] (P179)
Recordings are made in succession while the shutter
button is pressed.
3 [Auto Bracket] (P183)
Each time the shutter button is pressed, recordings
are made with different exposure settings according to
the Exposure Compensation range.

[Self Timer] (P186)
When the shutter button is pressed, recording takes
place after the set time has elapsed.
