Step 1 Desolder pins of the Rectifier Diode (D5702) on the sol-
der side of SMPS P.C.B..
Step 2 Desolder pins of the Heatsink Unit B.
Step 3 Remove 1 screw from the Switching Regulator IC
(IC5701).
Step 4 Remove the Heatsink Unit B in the direction of arrow
shown.
Step 5 Remove 1 screw.
Step 6 Remove the Rectifier Diode (D5702) from the Heatsink
Unit B.
Caution: During replacement of the part, avoid touching
the heatsink, it may lead to injuries.
9.24.2. Assembly of Rectifier Diode
(D5702)
Step 1 Apply grease to the Heatsink Unit B.
Step 2 Screw the Rectifier Diode (D5702) to the Heatsink Unit
B..
Caution: Ensure the Rectifier Diode (D5702) is well tight-
ened to the Heatsink Unit B.
Step 3 Mount the Heatsink Unit B & Rectifier Diode (D5702) on
to SMPS P.C.B..
Caution: Ensure pins of the Rectifier Diode (D5702) is
properly seated on SMPS P.C.B..
Step 4 Screw the Switch Regulator IC (IC5701) to the Heatsink
Unit B.
Caution: Ensure the Heatsink Unit B is properly seated on
SMPS P.C.B.
Step 5 Solder pins of the Rectifier Diode (D5702) on the solder
side of SMPS P.C.B..
