mat { bell | etsi }
Specifies which line protocol is used for caller-id
transmission. Use bell for US / Canada, etsi for
Europe.
If caller-id is not enabled or wrong configured,
detection of caller-id is not possible. Default: etsi

node(prt-fxo) [slot/port]#flash-hook
duration duration
Specifies for what time the SmartNode should go
on-hook to signal flash-hook to the CO. Default of
duration is 200ms, for US and Canada try 350ms
or higher.
