Schweißnahtvorbereitung
Weld preparation

Rohrenden plan und rechtwinklig absägen und entgraten
(Rohrsägewerkzeug M882).
 Gehäuseschweißende mit Rohrleitung radial und axial planan-
liegend justieren (Zentriervorrichtung).

Saw off the pipe ends evenly and at right angles, and debur
them (pipe saw M882).
 Align the welding ends of the valve body and piping radially
and axially, ensuring they are fitted flush together (centering
device).
 An den plananliegenden Schweißenden darf
kein zu großer Spalt entstehen.
 Sicherstellen, dass genügend Formiergas an
die Schweißnaht kommt.
 There must not be too much of a gap at the
flush-fitting welding ends.
 Make sure that enough forming gas arrives at
the welding seam.

Formiergas anschließen.
 Heften an 3 – 4 Heftstellen.
 Schweißart WIG Hand oder Orbital (Automatenschweißen).

Connect the forming gas.
 Tack at 3 or 4 points.
 Weld valve  type of welding: TIG manual or orbital (automat-
ic welding).
