6. If customer needs support with connection issues, instruct the customer to copy the log entries into a text file:
selecting the first line in the log window,
scroll down to the last line in the log window,
hold Shift key and select the last line
Ctrl + C to copy the lines
Open Notepad, and Ctrl + V to paste the log entries. Save the file and attach it to an email to SmartDesk
for troubleshooting.
Post AED Event Services
Overview: When the CR2 is used in a patient event, customers may need various types of support. The following
cases describe how to support the customer for post AED Event data services.
NOTE:
The CR2 can store up to twenty 30 minute patient episodes in memory. When patient data storage is full is full,
first-in first-out is used in memory management.
The CR2 is capable of storing a 60 minutes episode with continuous ECG and impedance waveforms.
Each time the lid is opened, an AED-in-use event is recorded.
LIFELINK AED Event Service
Case 1 (connected CR2):
For LIFELINK customers in the United States who purchase the AED Post-Event Service and Medical Direction
feature, real-time data flow to the customer and Medical Director works as shown in the following diagram.
